Trong chiến khu, 1 Trung Úy Quốc tế Tình báo Sở cũng có quyền bạt tai 1 ông Tướng Việt Cộng, cỡ Phan Trọng Tuệ.

Trung Úy KGB còn cao hơn Trung Úy QTTBS nhiều.

Huống chi ông Leonov, từng làm TƯỚNG KGB. Cỡ này thì không thèm qua Bắc Việt đâu.

Liên Xô, ông tổ Việt Cộng, đã cố gắng lắm. Bao gồm nhiều chuyên gia thượng thặng, mỗi 1 người như vậy nếu qua VN đều đã được Chủ tịch đảng, Thủ tướng, Chủ tịch nước ra khúm núm vái lạy, báo Nhân dân chụp hình đăng lên trang 1.

NHƯNG vẫn không thành công. Suốt 2 năm trời, họ dùng đủ mọi cách, ra đủ mọi decrees, nhưng HỆ THỐNG vẫn sụp đổ. Ông Yakoblev nói "Hệ thống không thể được chỉnh sửa, Đảng không thể được chỉnh đốn".

Quân sự vẫn mạnh và LX chưa từng ngay cả bị đe dọa một cách xa vời nào về an ninh quốc gia.

Một GS tại Cornell có dịp qua Moscow về kể lại, đang giảng bài thì có người vào nói gì đó, cả hội trường bỏ chạy ra tán loạn, cả vị GS tóc bạc người LX đồng giảng cũng bối rối xin phép ra về.

Chật vật lắm ông GS Mỹ mới hỏi ra, thì ra, hôm đó căn tin trường có bán thịt, ai xếp hàng trước thì được ăn, giá chính thức. Và đó là Moscow U., chứ trường lẻ tẻ khác thì đừng hòng.

Ngoài chợ có bán thịt, nhưng giá mắc gấp chục, trăm lần giá chính thức. Vị GS viện Hàn lâm khoa học LX cũng không có tiền mua, mà phải chạy ra tranh ăn thịt với học trò đáng tuổi cháu chắt mình!
